How to apply now with ATS to create a certified tribal library with broadband for your community

ATS is applying to the Treasury via the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund to institute a Tribal Library in every member community that wants one. A certified tribal library offers many advantages for your community. Nome recently became the first official tribal library. ATS has worked with the architect of that library to use it as a model for all tribal communities.

ATS has constructed a Tribal Library Enhancement Package (TLEP) (see features below) that complies with all funding requirements. To get yours, all you need to do is pass a simple tribal resolution. ATS will do the rest. The TLEP also provides for a year of OneWeb satellite service with unlimited data and many other benefits. See the TLEP flyer describing this opportunity for more information.
